<p>PURPOSE:To obtain laminated foamed sheet with superior moldability and heat resistance by laminating film consisting of the mixed resin consisting of a copolymer resin of styrene and monomer containing a carboxyl group and high-impact styrene resin at a specific ratio on a styrene resin foamed sheet. CONSTITUTION:Film of a mixed resin consisting of 95-60pts.wt. of copolymer resins of styrene and monomer containing a carboxyl group 5-40pts.wt. of high-impact styrene (Hi-St), is laminated on a styrene (St) resin foamed sheet. The preferable St resin to be used for lamination is a copolymer resin of St and acrylate or methacrylate, and a composite resin of such copolymer resin and Hi-St from a viewpoint of workability with a foamed sheet, adhesion with film and heat resistance of a container obtained. As a copolymer resin of St and a monomer containing a carboxyl group, a copolymer of St and methacrylate is the most desirable one from a viewpoint of heat resistance, adhesion with a foamed sheet, etc. The composition ratio should preferably be 5-15pts.wt. of monomer containing a carboxyl group and 95-85pts.wt. of styrene.</p> |
