发明名称 METHOD FOR DECREASING IRON LOSS OF GRAIN ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET
摘要 PURPOSE:To stabilize a plasma radiation effect and to stably decrease the iron loss of a grain oriented silicon steel sheet by setting the distance between the tip of a nozzle which radiates a plasma frame and the surface of a steel sheet at a specific range. CONSTITUTION:The plasma flame is radiated to the grain oriented silicon steel sheet subjected to finish annealing to decrease the iron loss thereof. The position of a torch is so set at this time that the distance d(mm) between the tip of the nozzle which radiates the plasma flame and the surface of the steel sheet attains the range expressed by the equation. In the equation I, I is arc current (A) and V is an arc voltage. The influence of the arc voltage or arc current which fluctuates unavoidably is thereby eliminated and the iron loss of the grain oriented silicon steel sheet is stably decreased.
