PURPOSE: To arrange cops of different yarn quality according to the quality and receive them in a magazine and the like by arranging a carrier accompanied with magazines on the side of a ring spinning frame, automatically positioning the magazine, and putting the cops in order to charge the magazine with them. CONSTITUTION: A carrier 15 loading empty magazines 17 is docked so that the carrying device 21 of a bracket 20 is connected to the drop chute 25 of the ring spinning frame 12, fully-spun cops 10 on a carrying device 13 are charged in a take-over means 16 through the drop chute 25, pretreated, sent to a charging device 18 by a carrying device 21, and the upper magagine 17 is charged with them. The charged magazine 17 is automatically positioned by the carrier 15 and replaced with an empty magazine 17. This interchange is carried out depend on the number of charged cops and the number of previous answer as to yarn quality through an evaluation device, and even when existence of cops of the other quality in the charging device 18 is confirmed.
