The snow surf board has a piece fixed to its binding that is in the shape of a rectangular figure eight and is made in elastic material, such as rubber or an elastomer. A metallic fixing piece (2) covers the central bar (6) of the elastic piece. The metallic piece has flat surfaces (12) which fit into the holes in the elastic piece and hooks (13) on each end which clip over its sides. The distance between the flat surfaces and the central part of the metallic piece is equal to the thickness of the elastic piece. USE - The shock absorber absorbs the lateral movements of a snow surf board, a monoski or a ski.
