PURPOSE:To form desired patterns on the surface of a resin concrete product by heat press molded synthetic resin in the state of inserting a permeable decorative sheet between resin concrete and molding dies. CONSTITUTION:In the process of heat press molding resin concrete 1 consisting of an aggregate 10 such as sand or the like and synthetic resin 11 kneaded in a mixer in a molding die 2, a given quantity of resin concrete 1 is held in a bottom force 20, and then a top force 21 molded in the state that a decorative sheet 3 showing desired patterns covering the upper surface of the resin concrete 1, and the decorative sheet 3 can be integrated on the upper surface side top layer section of a molded product by carrying out heat press molding. Complicated pictures, patterns and also photographs and the like, as far as they can be expressed on the decorative sheet 3, can be formed on the surface of the resin concrete 1 by raising the patterns of the decorative sheet 3 on the surface thereof. |
