PURPOSE: To automatically inject a small amt. of liquid into a sterilization chamber, etc., by sealing fluid housing cells into the block of a relatively hard wall, applying pressure on the moving walls of the cells from the holes of the pressure wall and leading the liquid out of the holes of another distributing wall to the outside. CONSTITUTION: The cassette 18 is arranged with a cell pack having plural pieces of the liquid cells 30 between upper and lower sections 24 and 26 consisting of plastics and the holes 46, 49 of the respective compartments 42 are covered with resin films 47, 67. The articles to be sterilized are housed into a chamber 10 and the cassette 18 is inserted into an injector mechanism 20 of a liquid injection system 16. A tubular piercing needle 91 is passed through the hole 46 to introduce the pressure into the compartment 42 to apply the pressure on the liquid crystal cells 30. A tubular needle 152 is passed through the hole 49 and is pierced into the liquid cells 30 to drop the internal sterilizing agent into the chamber 10. The extremely small amt. of the fluid may thus be automatically injected into the sterilizing chamber. |
