PURPOSE:To promote the improvement of operation efficiency by using a station just before an objective station in the same yard as the temporary objective station when another loop carriage is present in the objective station, in the case of allocation for the loop carriage running in one direction on a track laid between the yards providing an overhead traveling crane. CONSTITUTION:In allocation of a carriage A, when a carriage B is stopped in a station STy with no presence of another carriage in an area to the objective station STy, using a station STx, located in the rear of the carriage B and in the same yard to the station STy, serving as the temporary objective station, the carriage A is driven running. When the station STy is emptied during the time till an instruction is generated to an overhead traveling crane 6, the objective station is returned to the station STy, and when it is not emptied, the carriage A is stopped in the station STx, handling a load. Thus eliminating the time for standby, the carriage enables its operation efficiency to be improved. |
