PURPOSE:To improve compression strength and tensile strength of a concrete, by a method wherein a circulation magnet treatment of water is performed two or more cycles so that a quantity of passing water which has passed through a magnet treatment pipe becomes at least two times as much as of a quantity of the water in a vessel, and upon confirmation of production of magnet-treated water, the water is used as a kneading water. CONSTITUTION:A water circulation path 5 through which once water in a water vessel 1 is taken out of the vessel and returned the vessel 1 again is formed, and a magnetizer 6 is interposed in the circulation path 5. A circulation pump 7 performs this circulation of water. The magnetizer 6 is an apparatus with which the water flows in magnetic flux between magnetic poles and at least two times of treatment wherein the water in the vessel 1 is passed continuously through the magnetizer 6 and the water is returned to the vessel 1 for circulation are performed. Then upon confirmation of production of the magnet-treated water, kneading is performed by using the magnet-treated water in said vessel as kneading water for cement/mortar or concrete. In order to detect a degree of magnetization of the magnet- treated water, a saturated water of sodium chloride is put a titration instrument 10 and the same is dropped off into a sample water 9 by a predetermined quantity, hence a visible shrinking-neck layer 11 is formed to the upon part of its aqueous phase. Since a state where the layer 11 appears most vividly corresponds to the most magnetized one, the degree of the magnetization is detected through distinction of the states. |
