PURPOSE:To obtain about constant heat over a long period at a low cost, by adding a yeast to a mixture of sawdust and rice bran, adding a common salt thereto and controlling the fermentation speed. CONSTITUTION:A yeast and common salt having same parts to weight as a mixture of sawdust and rice bran having same parts to weight are incorporated into the mixture of sawdust and rice bran and water content of the mixture is adjusted to form a heat generator alpha. The heat generator is housed in a heat insulating vessel A to ferment the mixture and the resultant fermentation heat is taken out with a heat medium circulating inner pipe B arranged in the heat insulation vessel A and utilized for various kind of uses. |
