Air-conditioning wall, in particular for residential rooms and offices. In order, by means of such an air-conditioning wall, to permit air-conditioning in a simple manner without artificial treatment of the room air and to permit a simple construction of the air-conditioning wall, the invention provides that there be arranged lines through which a heating medium and/or cooling medium can flow and which are held on a heat-insulating backing layer, e.g. a magnesite-bound wood-wool lightweight structural board, and the space between the lines is filled by mortar, plaster, in particular lime plaster or the like, and the lines are covered by boards with a good degree of heat conduction, e.g. gypsum boards, with respect to the room which is to be air-conditioned.
