摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent X-ray transmitting picture by using a signal of a sensor unit at both sides of a gap so as to compensate the missing of the signal due to the gap between the units of a linear sensor array and displaying the result. CONSTITUTION:The linear sensor array is constituted where sensor units 6 comprising plural unit sensor elements are arranged in a line and a gap 7 is provided between the sensor units 6 and a picture processing section uses a picture signal obtained from the sensor unit 6 so as to compensate the missing of the picture signal by the gap 7 and displays the result. Thus, the working accuracy and alignment accuracy are relaxed in the sensor array more than a conventional unit, and variation of sensitivity between the sensor arrays can be compensated and the picture having no distortion in the lengthwise direction without missing of picture is obtained.
