<p>PURPOSE:To improve insulating performance, by setting one section of a first vessel containing an equipment, to be a pressure-proof wall. CONSTITUTION:A switch 1 and the like are contained in a first closed vessel 2, and in a space 3 in the vessel, SF6 gas or the like is sealed, and the gas insulated switchgear of a cubicle type is composed. The switchgear is connected to a power source side and a load side via a conductor 4, a bushing 5, and a cable 6. One section of the first vessel 2, for example, a bottom surface is composed of a pressure-proof member 10. On the outer periphery of the member 10, a closed and connected connecting section 20 is set. As a result, when vacuum exhaust treatment is required, then the cable 6 is removed from, and to the external side of the first vessel 2, a second vessel 11 is connected airtight via the connecting section 20 and a packing 21. Besides, by regulating vessel interiors 3, 31 and reducing pressure at the same times, stress generated on the first vessel 2 is suppressed, and a device can be treated not to be damaged.</p> |
