PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily pull cassette system inserts out of molds by a method wherein the inserts are pulled out with pulling tools by utilizing mold opening. CONSTITUTION:Cassettes 7 and 13 consist of socket-spigot parts 7a and 13a and loose fitting parts 7b and 13b. When the pulling of the cassettes 7 and 13 out of retainer plates 5 and 11 is intended, firstly mold opening is done by retreating a movable mold part 3 in the direction indicated with the arrow 2b by a certain amount. Next, pulling lines 20... are fastened between first engaging tools 8... and fourth engaging tools 15.... Under the state just mentioned above, the pulling lines 20... are in slack states. Next, the movable mold part 3 is again retreated in the direction indicated with the arrow 2b so as to bring the pulling lines 20... in tense states and further inched in the same direction, resulting in gradually pulling the cassettes 7 and 13 out of the retainer plates 5 and 11. When the cassettes 7 and 13 are pulled out so far so to be able to easily pull out manually (to be brought in the stage that the socket-spigot parts 7a and 13a are disengaged), the mold opening by inching is stopped and the pulling lines 20... are removed and the cassettes are taken out of the molds. Accordingly, in molds, wherein inserts are fitted into fitting holes in socket-spigot manner, the pulling-out operation of inserts can be done easily and quickly. |
