<p>PURPOSE: To lessen the danger by high-voltage generators by disposing the high-voltage generators into the space between a protective pipe and the part of a holder passing the inside of this pipe rearward of a spraying mechanism and setting the gaseous pressure in this space higher than the pressure on the outer side of the protective type. CONSTITUTION: The high-voltage generators 30, 32 are arranged within the space 54 formed of the protective pipe 50 and the part of the holder 2 penetrating the inside thereof rearward of the spraying mechanism 21. Further, the gaseous pressure in the space described above is set higher than the amt. pressure on the outer side of the protective pipe 50 and the gas conduit 24 in the space is extended in order to exchange the gas escaping from the space with the freshly supplied gas. Consequently, the danger of the high-voltage generators is lessened while these generators are built into part of the spraying unit. The free conversion of the high voltage of the high-voltage generators to another potential is made possible.</p> |
