PURPOSE:To decompose acetylpolyamine in high efficiency, by synthesizing an acetylpolyamine amide hydrolase specifically reacting with acetylputrescine, acetylcadaverine, acetylspermidine, etc. CONSTITUTION:A microbial strain capable of producing acetylpolyamine amide hydrolase specifically reactive with acetylputrescine, acetylcadaverine, acetylspermidine and acetylspermine is cultured in a medium. The bacterial cell is separated from the cultured product and the objective acetylpolyamine amide hydrolase belonging to genus Mycoplana and capable of hydrolyzing amide bond of acetylpolyamine to produce polyamine is separated from the bacterial cell. An acetylpolyamine can be quantitatively determined from reaction product produced by reacting an acetylpolyamine with said acetylpolyamine amide hydrolase. |
