PURPOSE:To miniaturize a head and to simplify the structure by equipping the optical sensor detecting the reflection light generated at the time of releasing to a work the visible laser light for adjusting optical path on a laser torch fitting part. CONSTITUTION:A mirror 24 is crossed with a laser optical axis by an air cylinder 25 and piston 26, an He-Ne laser 22 is oscillated, and the laser light reflected by the mirror 24 is released to a work 70 from a torch 43 via a light leading part 3 and head 4. With the manual operation of an X, Y, Z direction moving devices 5, 6, 7 the projection point of the laser light onto the work 70 is confirmed by visual observation and the X, Y space positions are stored at an arithmetic memory circuit part. The reflection light of the laser light is detected by an optical sensor, the distance between the reflection point and torch is calculated and stored in a control circuit. The arrangement of the mirror 24 is changed, the CO2 gas laser light 21 for work working is oscillated and released to the work 70 from the torch 43. The X, Y, Z direction is reproduced in order to work the work 70. |
