摘要 PURPOSE:To aim at improvement or the like in reliability by comparing each integrated value of a cylinder internal pressure increment just before or after a compressive top dead point with each threshold value corresponding to the former, and stopping such control that sets the detected value of a cylinder internal pressure maximum crank angle position down to a feedback signal at the required time. CONSTITUTION:A means 3 detects a maximum crank angle position in engine cylinder internal pressure. And, a means 4 calculates a feedback value on the basis of a deviation between the detected value of the maximum crank angle position and the specified desired value. And a means 6 compensates fundamental ignition timing on the basis of the feedback value, and calculates output ignition timing. In these means, each cylinder internal pressure increment ranging from the specified crank angle position to a compressive top dead point as well as from this compressive top dead point to the specified crank angle position is integrated by each of means 7, 8. In addition, each integrated value is compared with each threshold value corresponding to these valves. When these integrated values all are smaller than these threshold valves, the compensation is stopped by a means 11.
