CONSTITUTION: Plural tightening cables 1, 2 are wound around plural connecting pins 3, 4, and the connecting pins 3, 4 are disposed to be parallel to a vertical axial line of plural cylindrical component members 21, 22 to be connected to each other in a propulsion rocket or the like. Each connecting pin 3, 4 has a screw hole 5, 6 extended in a tangent direction, a compression tightening screw 7 is threaded in each screw hole 5, 6, and the compression tightening screw 7 is provided with an adjusting nut 8. At this time, a clamp member 25 is provided on the inner side of each tightening cable 1, 2, and a recess 28 is formed in the clamp element 25.
