摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce cab noise due to vibration in a hydraulic system installed in a rear-wheel steering mechanism by controlling an interval of driving pulses to be fed to a step motor for steering control over rear wheels to be longer at first and then shorter gradually. CONSTITUTION:A means 2 determines a target steering angle of rear wheels RW according to the running condition of a vehicle, and a means 3 detects the steering angle of these rear wheels RW. And, a means 4 feeds a step motor 1a built in a rear-wheel steering mechanism 1 with the number of driving pulses conformed to a difference between the determined target steering angle and the detected steering angle, thus these rear wheels RW are controlled to the target steering angle. In the abovementioned controller, such a device 4a that controls an interval of these driving pulses generated out of the device 4 to be longer at first and then shorter by degrees is installed in the device 4 in addition. According to this constitution, even in the case where a power cylinder and a control valve gear are installed in the rear-wheel steering mechanism 1, a cab noise attributable to vibration in a hydraulic system is abatable.
