PURPOSE:To execute picture editing so as to match an actual processing of clerical work, by counting and judging picture information amount in the designated area, in case of editing the picture information of an original having a definite format, such as a slip, a list, etc. CONSTITUTION:An original is sent to the facsimile receiver 3 through the communication circuit 2 from the transmitter 1, is received by the receiving part 31, and a picture signal which has been compressed by the decoding part 32 is decoded and is stored in the memory part 33. After one sheet of list has been received, the editing processing part 34 and the editing instruction generating part 35 are operated, the picture information of the first area of a purchase order list 100 is connected, whether it is a character-string, a symbol or null is decided, and when its decided result is sent to the editing instruction generating part 35, an editing instruction according to said decided result is generated therein. The editing processing part 34 executes the editing processing such as move, delete, compose, etc. to a picture signal in each area in accordance with the editing instruction. After that, the processing is executed as to the following areas of the purchase order list 100, and plural sheets of bill 200 to each address are prepared. |
