<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the need to replace a plotting shaft and to perform many kinds of operation by one plotting machine by holding plotting shafts on the plotting head, and changing the plotting shafts automatically, and performing rotation control. CONSTITUTION:A plotting blade 14 is held at the lower end of the large- diameter shaft part 12 of a plotting shaft body 10 and a gripping body 18 is fixed to the upper end part of a shaft 12. A plotting head has shaft bodies 10 arranged around a support shaft 36 and they are supported on a turret. Then when cutting operation is performed, a shaft body 10 to be used is selected first and conveyed to a plotting position by rotating the turret 34 through the support shaft 36, and the turret 34 is fixed. Then the shaft body 10 is gripped by the gripping member 104 and separated from the support shaft 36, and the blade 14 is made to abut on a work on a surface plate. Then while the shaft body 10 is supported on a linear rotary bearing 32, the blade is put in the same direction with the blade 14 by a motor 94 to perform the cutting operation while adjusting the downward force of the blade 14 by a motor 88.</p> |
