<p>PURPOSE:To shorten a writing time by providing a data latching means having a large storage capacity on a bit line and previously storing writing data to write the data. CONSTITUTION:The data latching means 4 having the storage capacity of integer times as many as the number of simultaneously inputted data bits is connected to the bit lines BL1-BLn by a data input means 9. After the writing data is stored in the data latching means 4, the data is written in a memory cell. Thereby, the number of writing operations for writing the data to all the memory cells of a memory cell array 1 is reduced to shorten the entire writing time.</p> |
