PURPOSE:To maintain the temperature of electrical parts constant by arranging an oxide superconductor in the vicinity of superheatable electrical parts and connecting them to each other. CONSTITUTION:A heating element 1 is covered with an oxide superconductor 5 in which a critical temperature is 300 deg.K or above, they are connected in series, and a circuit connected to a main power source is made into a main power source circuit. When the heating element 1 is superheated, the superconductor 5 is transferred to a normal conductive state, a current is made small, and the temperature of the heating element 1 is lowered. When the temperature is sufficiently lowered, the superconductor 5 is made into the superconductor again, the heating element 1 is heated by conduction, and the temperature is maintained constant. |
