PURPOSE: To enhance service by providing car call buttons for all of floors in the bank of an elevator having an express zone, and annunciating, at the press of any of the car call buttons for the express zone, the floor at which transfer takes the shortest time. CONSTITUTION: Car call buttons 7 for all floors, i.e. car call buttons for nonstop floors in an express zone, are provided in a cage 4, and when a passenger presses either of the car call buttons 7 for the nonstop floors, a calculator 2, by way of a registering device 1, calculates the operating times of the car based on different transfer methods and causes an annunciator 3 to annunciate the method requiring the shorter operating time. When the passenger is to go from a 20 th floor in an A bank having the express zone to the fourth floor in a B bank, for example, the operating time required for transfer at the first floor and that required for transfer at the tenth floor are calculated, and the transfer requiring the shorter time is guided, with the call of that floor being registered. Thus, the service to passengers can be enhanced. |
