PURPOSE:To simplify a photoelectric output data transfer part and to facilitate photoelectric output data processing by constituting transfer means for photoelectric output of two couples of photoelectric element arrays in series. CONSTITUTION:A 1st transfer means 11 of 1st and 2nd photoelectric element array parts 8a and 8b and a 2nd transfer means 10 of 3rd and 4th photoelectric element array parts 9a and 9b are connected in series. The two transfer means 10 and 11 are connected in series, so only one output terminal is required for the transfer means and the photoelectric output data of the two couples of photoelectric element array parts 8a and 8b, and 9a and 9b never overlap each other with time. Consequently, the outputs of the photoelectric element arrays can be AD-converted and stored in a memory by the constitution similar to conventional constitution, and neither a circuit nor a program need to be altered. |
