Amplitude stabilized oscillator having positive and negative feedback

An oscillator circuit comprising a differential amplifier (1) as well as a negative feedback network (6-11) and a positive feedback network (2-5) which are connected to the amplifier. One of these networks determines the frequency of the generated oscillation. For obtaining a constant amplitude for the oscillation the negative feedback network comprises a current limiter (7-11) active as a controllable one-port network which is connected between the negative feedback input of the differential amplifier and a fixed potential.
