<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain a large quantity of the title factor which is extremely inexpensive because of the use of a water-soluble yolk protein as a raw material, by adding sodium alginate, agar, carrageenan, etc., to liquid yolk and selectively precipitating and removing yolk lipoprotein. CONSTITUTION:Liquid yolk is added with one or more materials selected from sodium alginate, agar, carrageenan, furcellaran, pectin and xanthan gum to effect the precipitation and removal of yolk lipoprotein and obtain the objective factor. The reciprocation of the yolk lipoprotein is preferably removed usually by centrifugal separation at 5,000XG for 10min. The liquid yolk is preferably prepared by adding usually 4pts. of water to 1pt. of yolk.</p> |
