PURPOSE:To obtain the titled cast plate capable of readily regulating graduation range without unevenness in coloring, by forming a film consisting of an acrylic resin and colorant on one surface of an acrylic sheet, fixing the sheet with the film surface inside in a molding box, injecting a monomer and polymerizing the monomer. CONSTITUTION:A colored film consisting of an acrylic resin (e.g. polymethyl methacrylate) and a colorant is formed on part of all of one surface of an acrylic resin sheet (e.g. cast sheet of polymethyl methacrylate) and the acrylic resin sheet with the colored film surface inside is fixed to one or both surfaces in a molding box having opposite two surfaces and a polymerizable solution consisting essentially of an acrylic monomer (e.g. methyl methacrylate) is injected into the molding box and polymerized to afford the aimed cast plate. |
