PURPOSE:To stabilize charging characteristics, to prevent fog, and to enhance fixability by finely and uniformly dispersing carbon black into the inside of each polymer particle high in polymerization degree. CONSTITUTION:The polymer particles high in polymerization degree containing the carbon black uniformly and finely dispersed into the inside of each particle are obtained by dispersing carbon black into the monomer of said polymer in the presence of a peroxide type polymerization initiator, and then adding an azobis type polymerization initiator into this oil phase to polymerize the monomer by the bulk or solution polymerization process, and further pulverizing and classifying the polymer, thus permitting the obtained electrostatic latent image developing toner to be stable in charging characteristics, to prevent fog, and to have superior fixability. |
