PURPOSE:To efficiently apply a correction in respective subhost processing units by providing an applying procedure storing file, a correction data storing file, etc., transmitting correction data different in applying methods in a batch and applying them automatically. CONSTITUTION:Into an applying procedure storing file 13 of subhost processing units 11A and 11B, applying procedures corresponding to respective kinds of the applying methods are stored and registered beforehand. When a host processing unit 10 executes a remote maintenance, the applying methods are designated to the units 11A and 11B for reference units, and the correction data are transmitted to a correction data storing file 12 in a batch. At the units 11A and 11B, first, the applying method name of the correction data to be applied by a priority is selected based on receiving information 14 received beforehand, and the applying procedure corresponding to it is selected from the file 13 and activated. Next, by such an applying procedure, the file related to prescribed respective kinds of an applying environment, etc., is assigned, an applying program is executed, and the correction to a program storing file according to the applying method can be efficiently applied. |
