PURPOSE:To improve the safety by providing an air passage on the side of a breather cover covering from below a breather provided on the bottom face of a main body inclinatorily downward as it proceeds from the outside to the inside. CONSTITUTION:A breather cover 15 covering from below a breather 13 provided on the bottom face 12 of a main body 11 is provided, an air passage 17 is formed on the side 16 of the breather cover 15 inclinatorily downward as it proceeds from the outside to the inside. Even if a fine bar 19 is inserted through the air passage 17, the fine bar 19 is not inserted upward and does not reach a cooling fan 14 or an internal component 18. The breakage of the cooling fan or the internal component or the danger of an electric shock or the like can be thereby prevented. |
