PURPOSE:To obtain a compsn. which can improve kneading workability of chlorosulfonated polyethylene, by mixing a mixture of chlorosulfonated polyethylene and a specified amount of a detackifier for use in kneading, a vulcanizing agent, a filler and a softener. CONSTITUTION:A mixture of 100pts.wt. chlorosulfonated polyethylene and at least 0.3pts.wt. detackifier for use in kneading, a vulcanizing agent, a filler and a softener are blended together. As the chlorosulfonated polyethylene, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and blends of at least 80% chlorosulfonated polyethylene with other rubbers can be used. Examples of the detackifiers are sucrose fatty acid esters having a 12-20C satd. or unsaturated alkyl group as the fatty acid group moiety, rice bran wax, glycerol monostearate and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monoleate. |
