PURPOSE:To prevent deviation until the time for completion of fusion bonding and increase heat resistance of a bonding surface by placing polyethylene tape between vulcanized rubbers composed of EPDM as main component, and using polyethylene blended with a peroxide as a polyethylene tape at the time of heating pressing and heat bonding said tape. CONSTITUTION:A polyethylene tape 2 is placed between vulcanized rubbers 1 composed of EPDM as main component and heat fusion bonded by heat pressing. At that time, polyethylene blended with a peroxide is used as the polyethylene tape 2. Said peroxide has an action of crosslinking polyethylene, and crosslink polyethylene at the time of heat pressing and lower the fluidity of the molten polyethylene. Thus, deviation until completion of fusion bonding is prevented, and heat resistance of bonding surface can be increased. |
