PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism, by contriving a static capacity between a rotor electrode and a detection electrode, to be changed according to the rotation of a rotor, and by detecting the change of the static capacity to control the rotation. CONSTITUTION:On a rotor 12, the main magnetic poles of poles N and poles S are radially fitted with the center of a rotary shaft 11, and a rotor electrode 13 formed with the conductor pattern or the like of a printed board is fixed. The electrode 13 is ring-formed, and setting one point to be a reference, the width is gradually changed from a large one to a small one, and so the area confronted with a detection electrode 15 is changed according to the rotation of the rotor 12, and by the value of a static capacity between both the electrodes 13, 15, the rotational angle of the rotor 12 is shown. |
