PURPOSE:To provide the transparent plate suitable for imparation of an antistatic function by forming a middle-refractive index dielectric film, high-refractive index dielectric film, metallic film and low-refractive index dielectric film, successively on a transparent substrate and respectively specifying the refractive index of the substrate, the refractive indices and thicknesses of the respective dielectric films as well as the thickness and material of the metallic film. CONSTITUTION:The middle-refractive index dielectric film 3 having 1.60-1.80 refractive index and 600Angstrom -900Angstrom thickness, the high-refractive index dielectric film 4 having 1.90-2.50 refractive index and 1,000Angstrom -1,400Angstrom thickness, the metallic film 5 having 10Angstrom -20Angstrom thickness and consisting of any one among titanium, chromium, zirconium, molybdenum, nickel-chromium alloy, and stainless steel (Ni+Cr+Fe), and the low- refractive index dielectric film 6 having 1.35-1.50 refractive index and 700Angstrom -1,200Angstrom thickness are successively formed on the transparent substrate 1. The conductive antireflection film is formed into 4 or 5 layers in such a manner and the electrical conductivity is imparted thereto by using the metallic film for one of the layers, by which the antistatic function is imparted to the titled plate. |
