APPARATUS FOR CLEANING THE INTERIOR OF DUCT

PURPOSE: To improve cleaning performance by providing the inside of a pipe with a ventilator for force flowing gas and further providing the same with a plug to be moved in the pipe and providing the plug with an jet inlet for granular materials for polishing. CONSTITUTION: Air is sent from a fan 1 into a pipe (a). The air fed into the pipe is ejected forward from a peripheral clearance 21 formed between the plug 2 and the inside surface of the pipe (a) and is accelerated. While the granular materials for polishing are injected from a nozzle 3 into the accelerated in-pipe flowing gas, the plug 2 is gradually moved forward while the brake is applied thereon by utilizing an air feed hose 32 with the in-pipe flowing gas as a driving source. As a result, the inside of the pipe may be uniformly cleaned.
