SNOW-REPELLENT TYPE AERIAL BARE CABLE

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the cylindrical accumulation development of deposited snow by fastening a net body to the outside of an aerial bare cable. CONSTITUTION:A net body 2 comprising wire materials 2A and 2B is fastened to the outside of an aerial bare cable 1. The net body 2 prevents deposited snow from sliding along the spiral strand 1A of the cable 1 and the adhesion of deposited snow is weakened in going over the wire materials 2A and 2B from the recess part of the net body 2, thereby facilitating the fall of deposited snow. According to the aforesaid constitution, deposited snow is prevented from development due to the cylindrical accumulation thereof.
