PURPOSE:To attain the stable operation, by providing a diode one end of which is grounded between a base of the 2nd transistor (TR) of an amplifier consisting of the 1st and the 2nd common emitter TRs and a coupling capacitor for providing a short discharge time constant. CONSTITUTION:The emitter of the 1st TR1 of the amplifying circuit is grounded via the 1st reistor 2, a signal from a signal input terminal 10 is inputted to the base of the TR1 and a signal outputted from the collector is applied to the base of the 2nd TR6 via a capacitor 5. The emitter of the TR6 is grounded by the 5th resistor 9, the collector is connected to a DC power supply terminal 4 and the collector of the TR1 is connected to the terminal 4 via the 2nd resistor 3. Further, a voltage divided with the 3rd and the 4th resistor 8, 9 is applied to the base of the TR6. Further, a diode 12 is connected to the base of the TR6, and the other end of the diode is grounded or connected to the emitter of the TR6. Thus, the discharge time constant of the amplifying circuit is decreased. |
