PURPOSE:To provide an instant soup composed of dried MAITAKE (Grifola frondosa) and a powdery seasoning and capable of developing unique taste and flavor simply by pouring hot water on it. CONSTITUTION:The objective instant soup is composed of (A) 100pts.wt. of dried MAITAKE and (B) a powdery seasoning preferably containing (i) 315-570 pts.wt. of fine powder of table salt, (ii) 5.5-9.6pts.wt. of dried bonito powder and (iii) 9-16pts.wt. of powdery soy sauce. |
