<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a case of a slide type electronic component so that its structure is suitable for a tendency to be small in size and thin in shape in electronic components, by composing a case of synthetic resin where a substrate part of a heat-resisting film is inserted and next by extending a prescribed part of a flat cable from the side part of the case. CONSTITUTION:A case is united by the use of a heat-resisting film 1 to be composed of the following parts: a substrate part 3 where a resistor pattern 3-1 and a collector pattern 3-2 are printed, and a flat cable part 2 where a lead pattern 2-1 is printed to make the collector pattern 3-2 connected with the resistor pattern 3-1 at their end parts. The flat cable part 2 of the heat- resisting film 1 is partially inserted into the case 4. A slide type mold 9 is mounted on the substrate part 3 of the heat-resisting film 1 inserted into the case 4, and next a cover plate 11 is mounted on an upper part of the side 4-1 of the case 4. When a tip of a protruding part 4-2 for fixture is caulked by heat so that said slide type mold 9 is held between the cover plate 11 and the substrate part 3, and manufacturing of a slide type variable resistor is completed.</p> |
