PURPOSE:To improve a serviceability and to simplify a microcomputer, by connecting a temperature compensating resistance to an output port an exclusively used for temperature compensation provided on the microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:Only when compensating a temperature, a temperature compensating resistance 9 connected to an output port (k) of a microcomputer LSI 12 is electrified, and a difference is produced between a temperature set by a temperature controlling and setting circuit 13 and an actual temperature. Accordingly, an output state of output ports (c)-(f) of the LSI 12 is not varied irrespective of whether a temperature is being corrected or not, therefore, a set state of the setting circuit 13 can be confirmed by the output state of the output ports (c)-(f). Also, whether a temperature is being corrected or not can be confirmed by an output state of the output port (k), therefore, a serviceability is improved remarkably. Also, whether a temperature is compensated or not is determined by only the output state of the output port (k), therefore, the LSI 12 is simplified. |
