PURPOSE: To improve the appearance by fitting a panel body having left and right side portion panels and an upper portion panel combined together to a short opening formed on a wall above the ground of a building and installing a controller including an operation panel in a side portion panel. CONSTITUTION: A short opening 21 is provided on a front wall 20a above ground of a building 20. Also, a left side panel 22a, a light side portion panel 22b housing inside a controller 25 required to an emergency operation and running operation, and an upper panel 22c are combined together thereby forming three-way panel body 22. The panel body 22 is fitted to the opening 21 and an entry/exit 23 is formed. |
