<p>PURPOSE:To effectively utilize a cured composition obtained from inexpensive raw material by a simple production and to enhance treatment efficiency of exhaust gas by dispersing powdery composition which is obtained by mixing specified substances with water and curing the mixture under existence of water into exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION:Both substances capable of supplying calcium oxide and sulfuric acid compds., halogeno-compds., silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide, sulfide and substance capable of supplying alkali metal hydroxide are used as a raw material. For example, powdery composition is obtained by using slaked lime, gypsum dehydrate and coal ashes as a raw material and adding water and mixing this mixture and performing steam curing and pulverizing the obtained curing component. This powdery material is injected to a flue 2 via a rotary valve 4 from a sailo 3 and dispersed by the gas flow of exhaust gas and harmful components such as SOx, HCl and HF contained in exhaust gas are removed by adsorption or reaction. Furthermore treated powdery material is collected by allowing it to pass through treatment layers M1, M2 in which fluidized beds are formed by using granular substance of the same cured component.</p> |
