<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the slip-down of a patient toward his leg side, by detecting the shift of the back from the back support part and moving the back support part in a direction not generating said shift. CONSTITUTION:When the back of a patient is raised, that is, the upper part of the body 1 begins to raise, since the center of rotation of the patient is different from that of a chair, slip is generated between the back of the patient and the upper part-of-body support part 4. This slip is detected by a roller 15 and a motor 14 is driven in a direction eliminating said slip corresponding to the detection result to move the upper part-of-body support part 4 up and down. The upper part-of-body support part 4 moves up and down by the rotation of the motor 14 through a screw 13 and a nut 12.</p> |
