摘要 PURPOSE: To form microparticles effective for controlled release of a core substance by dissolving or suspending a biologically active protein-like substance of the core material into an org. solvent and coating the substance with an anisotropic salt film, thereby forming microcapsules. CONSTITUTION: The biologically active protein-like substance which is the core substance is dissolved or suspended in a nonmodified solvent or solvent composite which is a slightly polar org. solvent. The soln. or suspension of the core substance is coated the anisotropic salt film which is the reaction product of multifunctionized partly hydrophilic and partly lipophilic Lewis acid or its salt and desired auxiliary chemical in an aq. soln. or the suspension, by which the microcapsules are formed. The protein-like core substance is adequately insulin, glucagon, growth hormone, etc. The nonmodified solvent includes 6 butyrolactone, caprolactone, N-methylformaldehyde, etc.
