PURPOSE:To obtain the titled anisotropic conductive ceramic provided with electrical conductivity in the longitudinal direction by unidirectionally arranging at least fibrous conductive ceramics. CONSTITUTION:Fibrous conductive ceramics are unidirectionally arranged in the anisotropic conductive molten and resolidified ceramic. Under normal conditions, plural (many) fibrous conductive ceramics n are continuously and uniformly arranged in the ceramic as the base body at regular intervals. The ceramic as the base body has higher resistivity than that of the conductive ceramics, and is preferably formed from an electrical insulating ceramic. A small-diameter conductive ceramic is used for the anisotropic conductive ceramics, and is preferably formed like the base body ceramic with a structure formed by the resolidification of a raw material simultaneously with the resolidification of the base body. The diameter of the conductive ceramic is preferably controlled to 0.1-2.5mu. The conductive ceramic is formed from ZrB2 or TiB2, and the ceramic having high resistivity is preferably formed from the material selected from B4C, SiC, Si3N4, and various oxides. |
