Device for withdrawing a fluid from a tubular pipe to a sample bottle by means of a piece that connects the latter, which piece can be inserted into the said pipe, has an inlet opening and an outlet opening for the fluid and comprises two dip tubes to be inserted into the said sample bottle. There is made for the fluid, between the inlet and outlet openings 5, 6 in the connection piece 4, a channel of the nozzle type 7, whose internal cross-section contracts from the inlet opening 5 to a place of minimum cross-section 18 of the said openings 5, 6 and a first dip tube 13 is connected to the channel 7 at a location whose internal cross-section is less than the second dip tube 12. The invention makes it possible to withdraw the desired quantity without interrupting the flow of the fluid in the pipe when the full bottle is taken away. <IMAGE>
