PURPOSE:To ensure the image element sticking method capable of easily sticking the image element having a color image to a card or the like in a short time by forming the dye image on a thin transparent support in advance and sticking it to the card. CONSTITUTION:The image element 1 comprises the thin transparent support 11, a dye image forming layer 12, and, preferably, a protective layer 13, the main body of the card 21 is usually covered with an adhesive layer 3. The dye image is formed in the dye image forming layer 12 in advance, and the image element 1 is overlaid on the card 21 so as to oppose the side of layer 12, preferably, the protective layer 13 to the adhesive layer 3 of the card 21 and they are stuck to each other into one body, thus permitting the card and the like having the high-quality dye image stuck to it to be easily formed in a short time in a prescribed size. |
