<p>PURPOSE:To prevent air bubbles from being produced in a titled device wherein a piston is reciprocated with the rotation of an eccentric cam by providing a pressure compensation chamber connected to a pressure generating chamber and installing a piston in said compensation chamber with said piston being resiliently forced with a spring in the direction to reduce the total volume of said two chambers. CONSTITUTION:When an eccentric cam 15 is rotated cam 15 is rotated via a rotary shaft 13 with a motor, a piston 20 is reciprocated in the axial direction thereof. This causes a liquid drawn from a suction port 24 through a passage 25, suction chamber 23 and a ball valve 27 to a pressure generating chamber 22 is pressurized and the high pressure liquid is delivered through a ball valve 38 and a delivery port 36. In the hydraulic pump of this constitution, a pressure compensation chamber 29 is formed coaxially with the piston 32 at the bottom of a cylinder 18 in which a piston 32 is fitted. The piston 32 is resiliently forced with a spring 33 toward the pressure generating chamber 22 to absorb the increase and decrease in the volume of said chamber 22 and to prevent air bubbles from being produced as a result of the pressure in said chamber 22 becoming negative.</p> |
