<p>The adsorption-separation method of the present invention relates to a gas separation method which separates a gas by a pressure swing adsorption method using at least four adsorption columns. Each adsorption column is operated by changing over sequentially the steps of adsorption, balanced pressure reduction, cocurrent pressure reduction, countercurrent pressure reduction, purging, balanced pressurization, product pressurization and raw material pressurization. At the final step of pressurizing the adsorption column to an adsorption pressure, the raw material pressurization step of pressurization by the raw material gas is carried out in order to restrict the change of pressure and flow rate, to obtain stably the product and to increase the production amount.</p> |
